Delhi BJP president Vijay Goel said he was confident that BJP will get more seats than what have been projected by pre- poll surveys.
"As per the surveys, people are voting against Congress. One thing which is very clear from the survey results is that the Sheila Dikshit government is on its way out," he said.
A Headlines Today survey gave 28 seats each to both Congress and BJP.
According to Hindustan Times-C Fore pre-poll survey, Congress is likely to get 32-37 seats while BJP has been projected to win 22-27 seats.

"There has been a wave for Narendra Modi in the entire country including Delhi. I do not know whether the surveys were conducted before anointment of Modi as our prime ministerial candidate or after it. But I am sure we are going to win the elections. People of Delhi are going to support us," Goel told PTI.
"We are confident of our victory. All the party workers and senior leaders are working hard to ensure victory," he said.
"We will reduce power tariff by 30 per cent and provide water to all. We will clean Yamuna and revive it in a time- bound manner," he added.
