"We do not want to do any politics on the water issue. Whatever help we can provide to state government we will do that. Our efforts will be always to provide relief to people," Prabhu said here.
"Railways has offered to transport water for Bundelkhand and kept 10 wagons ready for it. All should work together for solving water crisis without getting into politics," he said.
It, however, requested the Centre to provide it 10,000 water tankers for distributing water in the region.
Railways is continuing to transport water to Latur and till now more than 4 crore litres of water has been sent to the parched region in Maharashtra in 50-wagon water train called Jaldoot.
