Marketmen said adequate stocks position on higher supplies from producing belts mainly kept pressure on wheat prices.
They said easing demand from consuming industries led to a decline in maize and barley prices.
In the national capital, wheat dara (for mills) fell further by Rs 10 to Rs 1,650-1,655 per quintal. Atta chakki delivery followed suit ended lower by a similar margin to Rs 1,665-1,670 per 90 kg.
Maize and barley also eased by Rs 20 each to Rs 1,590-1,595 and Rs 1,555-1,560 per quintal, respectively.
