Aditi, attempting to make her Major debut by qualifying for the Evian Championship, the fifth and final women's Major of 2016, had five bogeys and just one birdie but was still lying 14th in a field of 68 players from 23 countries.
Aditi, who missed out in the recent US Open qualifier for one of the five spots, had an off day as she lies six shots behind co-leaders Anne Van Dam of Netherlands and Amy Boulden of Wales, who shot two-under 69 each.
Aditi had bogeys on second, third, sixth, seventh and 13th and her lone birdie of the day came on Par-5 13th.
She is currently 39th on the LET Order of Merit with a career-best of tied eighth in an LET event at her home event -- Hero Women's Indian Open in 2012 -- when she was still an amateur.
There will be three qualifying competitions globally this year and those who are successful in Europe will be joined by a player from Korea and two from the United States.
