The maximum temperature stood in excess of 38 degrees Celsius in Bhagalpur, Gaya and Patna, while Purnea recorded 36.5 degrees Celsius, it said.
The humidity level was between 72 and 79 per cent across the state.
Purnea recorded 66 mm rainfall followed by one mm in Gaya and 0.5 mm in Bhagalpur, while Patna saw a trace.
The weather office forecast a partly cloudy sky with possibility of rain or thunderstorm in the next 24 to 48 hours.
