Ahead of the Winter Session of Parliament, a new and user friendly website of the Parliament Affairs Ministry with special features for visually challenged and colour blind people was launched today.
The website is a repository of vast information and can be accessed on URL https://bsmedia.business-standard.commpa.Gov.In.
"Users can dynamically increase or decrease the font size of the content which is also visible in standard contrast and high contrast which is very helpful to colour blind people. Visually challenged people can access the website with the help of Screen Reader facility," a ministry statement said.
The website, launched by Secretary, Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs, Afzal Amanullah, has a new look with user-friendly features. It has a search engine for advanced and customised search operations.
"Contents have been grouped systematically under drop-down menu bars, allowing easy navigation. The site has been remarkably improved in terms of content presentation, graphics, design and formatting," the statement added.
