The bus was headed for Besi Shahar of Lamjung district in western Nepal when it overturned at Purkot village in Tanahun district.
The injured have been admitted to Bharatpur Medical College for medical treatment. Five of them are in critical condition, police said.
The accident happened when the bus was navigating a mountainous road at high speed.
