Wheat, bajra rises on increased offtake
Press Trust of India New Delhi Prices of wheat and bajra rose by Rs 10 per quintal at the wholesale grains market today due to increased offtake by flour mills and stockists.
Marketmen said increased offtake by flour mills helped wheat prices to rise.
In the national capital, wheat dara (for mills)moved up by Rs 10 to Rs 1,680-1,710 per quintal.
Bajra also edged higher by a similar margin to Rs 1,210-1,220 per quintal on stockists buying.
