In the national capital, wheat dara (for mills) fell by Rs 20 to Rs 1,730-1,740 per quintal. Atta chakki delivery followed suit and traded lower by a similar margin to Rs 1,740-1,745 per 90 kg.

In the rice section, rice basmati common and Pusa-1121 variety too declined by Rs 300 each to Rs 8,200-8,300 and Rs 6,700-7,900 per quintal, respectively.
