Wife of army man hangs self

A young woman, wife of an army
man, allegedly committed suicide at her residence in Devlali camp here near, police said today.
Anitha Gowda (24), wife of Lance naik Guruswami Gowda, posted at 11th field regiment, allegedly committed suicide by handing herself from the ceiling fan in her room last night after she had a heated argument with her husband, in-charge, Devlali camp police station, Rajesh Akhade said.
She was immediately rushed to the military hospital where she was declared brought dead, he said.
The couple belonged to Karnataka and have a one-and-half-year old son.
In another suicide case here, an engineer working as a trainee in an industrial company in Satpur near here allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself from a cement beam at a construction site in Satpur yesterday, inspector, Vilas Kumar Medhe said.

Pankaj Mahanto (23), was a resident of Pokaru district, Jharkhand and used to stay in Nashik.
The exact cause behind the suicide is being probed and the body has been sent to Nashik civil hospital for postmortem, the officer said.
