Kings XI Punjab coach Darren Lehmann wants his batsmen to score more runs in the remaining matches of the ongoing Pepsi Indian Premier League (IPL).

Punjab, who have so far won two games in four outings, play Sunrisers Hyderabad here tomorrow.

"We played well in the last game obviously, first game we batted really well... The two middle games, we did not make enough runs last game, (Manpreet) Gony made a powerful 40... the batsmen are batting well at the nets. We are going to ask them to make more runs," Lehmann said.

Observing that Hyderabad is a competitive side, Lehmann said his team needs to come up with a good performance against the visitors.

"They have a good bowling attack and also good batsmen and in T20 one player can take the game away. We are going to try and keep those guys quite. It is going to be an interesting contest tomorrow and a great one for the fans," he told reporters this evening.

Lehmann said they cannot worry too much about the past and need to move on to the next game.

He felt that Kings XI Punjab captain Adam Gilchrist has done a good job as skipper and hoped he would do well with the bat too in the remaining matches.

Lehmann said the wicket at Hyderabad would be a high scoring one.

He said the team has got a couple of injury concerns and the playing XI would be decided tomorrow.
