As per reports, Taapsee and Jacqueline Fernandez will star opposite Varun Dhawan in "Judwaa 2", which will be directed by his father David Dhawan, who helmed the original.
When asked about the reports, Taapsee told reporters here, "I will be happy if I do that. It'll be something really different to do."
The 29-year-old actress was speaking at the red carpet of Lux Golden Rose Awards here last night.
When asked about the importance of awards in her life, Taapsee said, "Awards don't define how good an actor you are, but it's like a declaration of people who think your good."
"For some, 'Pink' might have been my third film but it was my 21st (she has worked in south). Hindi audience has started taking notice of me now. That is the only difference. In my personal life, the way I look at movies, that hasn't changed," she said.
