"The government is making continuous efforts in this direction and people of the state have also shown their faith. With such a huge mandate people too have huge expectations and we will fulfil them," he said at an event Rising Uttar Pradesh.
Akhilesh was also present at the event and spoke before Adityanath.
"The BJP always said that five chief ministers used to run the SP govt, but now there are 5 CMs who are running the current government in the state. Also people are still waiting for Rs 15 lakh to be deposited in their bank accounts; let's hope they get it soon," he said.
He also said that there is no opposition left in the state and the Samajwadi Party is busy with its internal fight, and the BSP is almost finished.

On the burning issue of cow vigilantism, Adityanath said that no one is above law and strict action will be taken against those who take law in their hands.
Also present on the occasion were deputy chief ministers Keshav Prasad Maurya and Dinesh Sharma along with Health Minister Sidharth Nath Singh and Power Minister Shrikant Sharma.
