"Our party will not take any support from Ansari's Quami Ekta Dal... There has been no interaction or any meetings of AAP leaders and QED leaders yet," party leader Sanjay Singh said in a joint press conference with another AAP leader Manish Sisodia.
Stating that the date of party chief Arvind Kejriwal's nomination from Varanasi is not yet finalised, Singh told reporters that he can file his nomination on April 23 or 24.
"Attacks on Kejriwal are being done by the BJP ... We are not afraid of these attacks ... Kejriwal doesn't need any kind of security here in Varanasi," Sisodia said.
"BJP men are orchestrating slaps on AAP," he added.

Exuding confidence that Kejriwal will win from Varanasi with a margin of nearly one lakh votes, Sisodia said, "Politics, which is going on in the country is a politics of crony capitalism, corruption and criminality, that needs to be changed."
Singh said, "Amit Shah, Azam Khan and Imran Masood, all these leaders are giving provocative and inflammatory speeches in their meetings... It seems that Congress, BJP and SP are taking the State back to the era of 1990's, when communal harmony was disturbed and hatred was spread among people.
