"Will improve drainage, sewer system, road net work, electricity on poles, and massive campaign to provide clean, green and smart city conditions to citizens in the state capital", JMC Mayor Nirmal Nahata told reporters here.
Besides civic amenities development, JMC would restore and preserve heritage of the city which was very ancient, he added.
JMC employees and officers' slackness and dilly dally tactics would not be tolerated if found or complained by citizens, he warned.
Helpline service would be strengthened and the public complaints would be addressed within the time frame work, he said.
Meanwhile, JMC inspectors seized 125 kg of polythene used in making bags from different parts of the city as the plastic carry bag was already banned in the state, an official said.
