Meghwal said he will soon write to the HRD ministry in this regard.
The smartclasses have been made as part of a pilot project of the state government and are facilitated by the State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur.
Under this project, one class in each of the 30 chosen schools have been converted into smart classrooms equipped with modern equipments like projectors and screens. They are also connected with 4G and broadband internet connection.
"Rajasthan has initiated a good concept of smart classroom in government schools with the help of corporate sectors so that students of these schools can learn as smartly as students in elite private schools do," he said.

"This initiative will make history in the field of education where students of rural areas will come in merit in every field because they will have access to advanced technolgies like video conference, internet etc.," he said.
"It is not possible to do every work in the education sector from the available government resources. That is why corporate sectors, which are now coming out and collaborating with government, are important," said Devnani.
"Every effort will be made to enhance the quality of education in government schools. Smart classroom is a basic requirement in terms of latest technological innovations in education. I am confident that the day is not far when every school will have at least one smart classroom," he said.
