Windy conditions prevail in Delhi

Windy conditions today prevailed in the national capital, while the mercury plunged to settle at 8.6 degrees Celsius, a notch below the season's normal.
The maximum temperature was recorded at 22 degrees Celsius, also a notch below the season's average, said a Met department official.
The visibility was recorded at 2,500 metres at 5.30 AM, which improved to 3000 metres at 8.30 AM and further to 4,000 metres at 11.30 AM.
The humidity level oscillated between 85 to 45 per cent.
The weatherman has predicted mainly clear skies for tomorrow with shallow to moderate fog in the morning.
The maximum and minimum temperature are likely to hover around 23 to 10 degrees Celsius, respectively.
Yesterday, the minimum and maximum temperatures were recorded at 13.5 and 23.5 degrees Celsius, respectively.
