The joint solution, offered by Etiya and Wipro, offers communication service providers capabilities to deliver digital services that addressesthe requirements of the future market and customerexpectations, a company release said.
The customer experience is focused around domains such as Sales and Marketing, Omni Channel Access, Social Listening and Analysis and B2B Extensions, it said.
"The joint product solution will also focus onenabling better business agility and operational flexibilitywith minimal impact on the communication service provider's business operations," Wipro Senior Vice President, Communications Anil K Jain said.
