As part of the partnership, Transparent's solutions - focussed on accounts payable analysis, data enrichment, active benchmarking and supplier analysis - will become a part of WNS' F&A services, WNS said in a statement.
The companies will also work together towards pursuing new business opportunities, it added.
The Transparent data mining process will become an exclusive extra service, and provide added value for the clients of WNS, it said.
"With Transparent's pioneering recovery and audit solutions, we are adding a formal and organised layer of analytics to our F&A suite of offerings that will give provide a competitive advantage in the F&A domain," WNS Group CEO Keshav R Murugesh said.
In future, this partnership will create an outcome-based service delivery mechanism for clients, it said.
