Woman alleges rape by father-in-law, husband's friend

A 23-year-old woman has accused her father-in-law and her husband's friend of raping her in south Delhi's Govindpuri, police said today.
According to a complaint filed by the woman today, the father-in-law raped her over a year ago while her husband's 32-year-old friend, Sonu raped her in March, police said.
A case has been registered in this regard and the two men have been picked up for questioning, but no arrests were made as investigators are trying to verify the woman's claims, they said.
The woman, who had gotten married two years ago, said in her complaint, that she was raped by her father-in-law last year, after which she left for her parents' home. After a compromise, she returned to her husband's place this year, a police officer said.

After this, her husband took her on a holiday during which she was introduced to Sonu, who, according to her, raped her in Delhi last month, the officer said.
