A woman has alleged that she was sexually assaulted by two men outside the Indian Spinal Injuries Centre (ISIC) in south Delhi's Vasant Kunj, police said today.
The police said that they have registered a case and are questioning a man, whom the woman has raised a suspicion about.
The incident happened on the intervening night of October 10 and 11.
The woman claimed that while she was waiting at a bus stop near the ISIC for her cab, two bike-borne men came and tried to drag her to the bushes. When she resisted, they thrashed her and fled from the spot, the police said.
During an investigation, it was learnt that the woman had filed a rape case against one of the men earlier this year in Greater Noida on allegations that he had raped her on the pretext of marriage and also asked her to terminate her pregnancy, they said.
The police said the man is being questioned in the present case.
