Woman, child fall from scooter, run over by lorry

: A woman and her one-year-old old child were run over by a lorry coming from behind after they fell from the two-wheeler at Mahendranmedu area today, police asid.
The 24-year old Suganya, along with her one-year-old child Darshanshree were riding pillion of her husband's scooter and were coming to the city from Poonamparai in Palakkad
Suddenly the mother and child fell from the two wheeler and were run over by a lorry coming behind them, police said.
