Nirmala Sahu, who allegedly sold the country-made liquor to the victims yesterday, was arrested and 23 litres of country-made liquor seized from her, said sub-divisional police officer of Chikiti, P K Jena.
The victims complained of vomiting and diarrhoea and were admitted at the community health centre (CHC) at Chikiti yesterday evening and later shifted to the MKCG Medical College and Hospital here.
While three of them were discharged, others were under treatment, the police said.
The seized liquor would be sent for laboratory test, said the SDPO.
