Woman gangraped in UP

A married woman has been gangraped in a village here, who also alleged that a police complaint was filed in the case only after a court intervened.
The woman was raped by two men in October when she was alone in her house in village Palia under Kotwali Nidholikalan, police said.
The victim has alleged that the police was initially not lodging the FIR, following which she approached the court, which then ordered the police to to file the FIR.
The woman said she was threatened to bekilled by the accused, when she resisted their attempt.
Station House Officer, Kotwali Nidholikala Anoop Kumar Bharati said that by the order of the court an FIR has been lodged against Ajay Pal and one other, adding, no arrest has been made so far in this connection.
