The woman allegedly took the victim, the daughter of a friend of hers, to a house at Khadimnpur locality in Balurghat town from her home on some pretext on January 7, police said.
She then handed her over to the four men and left the place while the class IX girl was allegedly raped by one after another.
On returning home, the girl narrated what had happened to her parents who lodged a complaint with the police.
The woman Alo Sarkar and the four men-- Rintu Das, Prasenjit Kundu, Shankar Sarkar and Sanjit Mohant-- were arrested today.
