The woman was arrested on June 25 on the basis of a complaint filed by the victim.
The victim, a resident of Mansarovar Garden, filed a police complaint alleging that the accused stole Rs 12,000, an iPhone and a scooter from his house, said Deputy Commissioner of Police (West) Vijay Kumar.
The complainant told the police that he had chanced upon the woman and was impressed by her free and frank manner of conversation. He had offered her to spend the night with him at his house, to which she agreed, said the officer.
On June 23, he filed a complaint against the woman at the Kirti Nagar police station.

The police scanned the CCTV footage obtained from the area and the stolen iPhone was put on surveillance.
Subsequently, the location of the iPhone was traced to Raghubir Nagar. The CCTV footage also showed visuals of a woman with a short hair wearing a t-shirt and a pair jeans. The image of the woman matched the description of the accused as provided by the complainant.
Subsequently, on the basis of a tip-off, the accused was arrested from her house at Raghubir Nagar.
The accused had studied till class 10 and was fluent in English, the police said, adding that the stolen scooter and iPhone had been recovered.
A probe was on to find out if she had honeytrapped others also and whether she had any accomplice, the police said.
