Woman killed, 2 injured as stone quarry collapses

A woman labourer was killed and two others injured when a portion of a stone quarry where they were working fell on them in Udaipur today, police said.
The incident took place in Gogunda area where the mining work was going on, they said.
The woman, identified as Mohni Bai (30), along with two other got trapped in the debris and were later rushed to a nearby hospital, where she was declared dead by the doctors.
The condition of the injured persons was stated to be stable, police added.
