Woman killed, daughter injured by buffalo

A woman was killed and her daughter was injured today by rampaging buffalo bulls in Madhepura district of Bihar.
"Padma Devi (55) was caught in a fight between two bull buffaloes this morning at Khari village in Muraliganj police station of the district. She fell down and was gored and trampled to death," Station House Officer (SHO) Mukesh Kumar said.
Her daughter Anju Kumari was seriously injured when trying to save her mother, SHO said.
The injured girl was admitted to Madhepura Sadar Hospital.
