Kantidevi Bagadi was killed this morning when the double-storey structure caved in at Nirmal Nagar, they said.
The five injured in the incident were admitted to a nearby hospital.
The additional floor was recently added to the age-old structure, a police officer said.
No case has been registered until now and probe is underway, the officer added.
