The accident took place this afternoon at Raigad nagar locality, near Waldevi bridge, when three contract labourers were travelling to Ghoti in the tractor, a senior police official said.
The truck's driver was arrested, he said.
The deceased has been identified as Sarla Malunjkar, while the injured were admitted to the Nashik civil hospital, added the officer.
