The accident happened on National Highway - 57, near an
Industrial Training Institute (ITI) close to a railway crossing under Forbesganj police station in the district.
The deceased has been identified as Shanti Devi (45). The injured are Rekha Devi and her husband Amar Yadav. Both of them have been admitted at Railway hospital, where their condition is stated to be critical.
Forbesganj Station House Officer (SHO) Bipin Kumar said, "The three persons were returning home from Forbesganj Hospital, when the speeding dumper hit them. Shanti was killed on the spot."
