Woman, minor daughter end life by jumping in water reservoir

A 21-year-old woman along with her minor daughter allegedly committed suicide by jumping into a water reservoir at Nimbala in Barmer district following a conflict with her mother-in-law, police said today.
Omi along with her 1-year-old daughter, Divya, allegedly jumped into the 15 feet deep water reservoir last evening following a conflict with her mother-in-law, they said.
The bodies were recovered late last night after the police were informed by the family members, police said.
The bodies have been sent for postmortem this morning and investigation was underway, they said.
