Woman of Turf triumphs

Woman of the Turf, ridden by Mohammed Hesnain, won the K. Srinivasan memorial cup, the prime event of the races here today.
The winner, owned by M.A.M Ramasamy Chettiar of Chettinad Charitable Turst, was trained by B.Suresh, who ended the day with a tally of 4 winners.
Jockeys C. Umesh and Mohammed Hesnain rode two winners each.
Two favourites obliged punters in a call of seven events.
