Woman pilgrim dies at Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine in Jammu

A 54-year-old woman pilgrim from Bihar has died of cardiac arrest after paying obeisance at the famous Mata Vaishno Devi shrine in Jammu's Katra town, police said today.
Geeta Devi, a resident of West Champaran in Bihar, was returning after offering prayers when she collapsed at gate number three inside the Bhawan of the shrine yesterday, a police official said.
He said she was rushed to a nearby dispensary where she was declared brought dead by doctors.
