Woman poisoned by husband, in-laws over dowry

A 25-year-old woman was allegedly poisoned by her husband and in-laws over dowry in Rasna village of the district, police said today. The victim, Rekha, married Virendra two years ago and was being harassed by him and her in-laws over dowry, according to the police complaint filed by the victim's parents. Virendra has been taken into custody for questioning, police said adding, further action will be taken following the post-mortem report.
