Woman poisons husband, three children; man dies

A woman allegedly gave milk laced with poison to her husband and three children in Raghna village here following which the man succumbed today, police said.
Jaiprakash (45) died today while Janni (4), Gulli (6) and Sakshi (10) are undergoing treatment after Sunita allegedly gave them milk laced with poison last night, Sardhana police station in-charge Mehar Singh said.
The children told police that their mother gave them milk and after drinking it, their health deteriorated, he said.
The doctors suspect that some poisonous substance was mixed in the milk, he said, adding the exact cause of death would be known after conducting the post-mortem, he said.

Sunita has been taken in custody and is being interrogated, he added.
