The victim was sitting in front of her house when the neighbour Siyaram Pasi called her to his house on some pretext and raped her yesterday, they said.
He also threatened her against telling anyone about it.
The woman, however, told her husband about the incident.
An FIR was filed today morning and the accused was arrested.
The woman has been sent for medical examination, police added.
