Woman's paramour held for killing her husband

A 26-year-old man was arrested yesterday in connection with the killing of his lover's husband in Saba village near Diva in the district, the police said today.
Chetan Musale, a photographer based in Murbad, was arrested during the investigation into the killing of Sandesh Bhinde (30) who was found dead in his house in the village with injury marks on his neck on August 22, said DCP, Zone I, D S Swami.
Police found that Musale and the victim's wife were having an affair.
Musale told police that he had killed Bhinde as he wanted to continue his relationship with the woman.

Another police official said they are investigating whether the victim's wife had any role in the crime.
The woman works as a tele-caller with a call centre in Thane.
