A 19-year-old woman, who had received severe injuries when a man set her, her infant daughter and her mother on fire four days ago in Nashik city in Maharashtra, has died, police today said.
Her daughter and mother had succumbed to injuries earlier.
Priti Shendge, who had suffered 80 per cent burns, died at Nashik Civil Hospital last night, police said.
On August 5, Jalaluddin Khan (55), a family acquaintance, allegedly poured kerosene on Priti, her mother Sangita Devre (40) and Priti's daughter Siddhi (9 months) and set them on fire at their house in Kalika Nagar area here.
The accused allegedly had an affair with Sangita Devre for the past one year, and he had had an altercation with her before the incident, police had said.
Priti, who is married, was visiting her mother at the time of the incident.

While the child died on the spot, Sangita Devre died in hospital two days ago.
Khan was arrested by a Nashik police team from his village in Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday. He has been booked under IPC section 302 (murder), said Madhukar Kad, in-charge of Panchvati police station here.
