Woman shot dead by husband in UP

A woman was shot dead allegedly by her husband after an altercation between them in Kosikalan town here, the police said today.
Lokesh shot dead his wife, Suman (30), yesterday and fled, they said.
The woman was taken to the hospital by the neighbours, where she was declared brought dead, DSP Chandradhar Gaur said, adding a hunt has been launched to nab the accused.
Married in 2006, the couple has a 10-year-old son and 6- year-old daughter. At the time of incident, both the children were at their uncle's home.
