Woman thrown in the Yamuna river

A woman, who is pursuing a court case against her husband, was thrown in the Yamuna river today by some unidentified persons here, police said.
Gyan Singh (42), a resident of Konch area, was returning from a local court this afternoon when some persons forcibly caught hold of her and threw her into the river at Shergarh Ghat.
The woman has lodged a case against her husband for harassing her for dowry.
The police is probing the matter.
