The average woman spends 12 hours and four minutes each week worrying about her appearance, a new study has found.
Over a year this adds up to an incredible 627 hours and 28 minutes - almost an entire month.
Researchers also found that the average woman spends 50 minutes a week picking outfits.
They spend even longer - one hour and 32 minutes - worrying if what they have chosen still looks good, the 'Daily Express' reported.
The study of 2,000 women, by Invista, a company that produces polymers and fibres, found weight worries are a common concern for many women.
Other concerns include a fear of being too thin, too bloated, having spotty skin, pale skin or frizzy hair.
Nine out of 10 girls always select an outfit which hides the parts of their body they most dislike, the study found.
