Women staffers to manage toll plaza near Indore tomorrow

All women-staff of a private company will manage a toll plaza near Indore tomorrow on the occasion of the International Women's Day.
"Out of 14 toll booths on Manglia bypass, 10 booths under the toll plaza will be managed only by women on the International Women's Day," Indore-Dewas Tollways Limited's team leader Ajay Pandey told PTI today.
He said they imparted a special week-long training to the women for the purpose.
"After deployment of women at these booths, I hope people will not argue with the staff over the payment of toll as they do with the male staffers and indulge in violence. Such incidents will hopefully come down after this initiative," said Pandey.

The women staffers will be deployed at these booths from 8 AM to 4 PM and if needed more number of women could be hired in these plazas.
