Kartik Aryan says working with veteran actor Paresh Rawal was an inspiring experience.
Kartik, who has worked with Rawal for the first time in the upcoming film "Guest iin London," says the 67-year-old actor is down to earth in nature.
"He is funny in real life, he is same like how he is on screen. He is normal and secured actor, he doesn't show off that I have achieved a lot. He is a veteran star and everyday was a learning day for me.
"It was magical working with him. The kind of versatility that he has off and on camera is something for all of us to learn," Kartik told PTI.
"Guest iin London" revolves around an odd old couple (Rawal and Tanvi Azmi) from rural India who land up uninvited as guests in a suburban London home of a young couple (Kartik and Kriti Kharbanda).
The trailer and subject of the film is similar to Ajay Devgn-starrer 2010 film "Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge?" but Kartik, 28, insists both the movies are different.
"It is a completely new film. The director is same, who made 'Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge?' and now "Guest iin London" so there are comparisons. Its like we have so many romantic films but the stories are bit different," he says.
The film, written and directed by Ashwni Dhir, releases on June 16.
