"If somebody has a problem I will help him out ... It is wrong to sell out the country to satisfy some individuals," Banerjee," told reporters at the state secretariat.
She said, "We are all frightened and concerned way the rupee is being devalued and the cost of dollar rising.The price of everything is soaring. There is a fire in the house, its impact is felt by everyone," Banerjee said.

"I cannot satisfy some individuals. I can satisfy the collective community, caste, creed and my countrymen ... If somebody falls ill I will help treat it," the Trinamool Congress chief, said.
Asked who she was referring to, Banerjee replied cryptically, "Say A to Z and you will know." Banerjee said "I still think to pay attention to one or two particular countries and to satisfy them, the country is being neglected."
She alleged that the situation arose from the Centre's wrong economic policies and "passing everything (economic reforms) forcibly". "Why is the Centre silent?" she asked.
Stating that Parliament was now on and that she respected it, Banerjee said, "now Parliament is on. I respect Parliament. I think it is the duty of MPs to discuss in Parliament. And, they will decide. "On my part I can say that I am very much concerned. I still believe that a conspiracy is on to sell out the country," Banerjee said.
She said that the economic situation had impacted investment in industry.
"The country is being neglected and the market is being weakened." Stating that it was fortunate that her party was not part of UPA for almost a year now, she said
"We had quit the UPA government on September 18 last year. History repeats itself. See how it has come to such a pass with us not being there (in the government)," she said.
