Yadav, Bhushan had ulterior motives, says TN AAP leader

Coming out in support of Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi leader Arvind Kejriwal, a senior functionary of the Tamil Nadu AAP today accused Yogendra Yadav and Prashant Bhushan of being undemocratic and alleged that they had "ulterior motives of capturing the party leadership".
Bringing internal bickerings to the fore, the party's National Executive in New Delhi had on Wednesday removed founder members Yadav and Bhushan from the Political Affairs Committee, the party's key decision-making body.
Against this backdrop, State Co-Convenor, AAP Tamil Nadu, M Lenin alleged that Yadav tried to build his group by announcing his loyalists as state leaders and ignored people who supported Arvind Kejriwal.

"In most states which these duo oversaw, it was complete chaos. Tamil Nadu is leaderless as Yadav and Bhushan were preventing the founders of the party in the state from taking up leadership and trying to bring their NGO related people," he said.
The duo conducted themselves undemocratically in party affairs in Tamil Nadu and tried to install proxies, he said.
"Both of them flouted democratic norms in the candidate selection for the 2014 Lok Sabha elections in Tamil Nadu," Lenin said.
Yadav formed the National Campaign Committee to take control of the party, and brought friends, unknown faces to head the state campaign committee in Tamil Nadu, superseding the state leadership, he said.
