Yemen anti-corruption officials to visit India

A delegation of the anti-corruption authority in Yemen will visit here to study good practices being followed in the country to check graft.
The 15-member delegation, led by head of the Supreme National Authority for Combating Corruption (SNACC), Afrah Saleh Mohammed Badwilan, will be on a five-day visit to India from January 19.
It will meet Minister of State for Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Jitendra Singh, on Monday and visit offices of Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) and Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) during their stay, an official release issued today said.
They will also visit the CBI Academy in Ghaziabad and acquaint themselves with its training procedures. The Yemeni delegation, which includes members of the Yemeni American Coalition for Change (YACC), is visiting India to study the corruption-fighting authorities of India, public prosecution and national integrity system in fighting corruption, it said.
