The bodies were discovered hanging from a tree near Bair railway station under Kakaud police station area here, they said.
The youth was also found carrying a railway ticket in his pocket, they said adding, efforts were being made to identify them at the earliest.
The youth was aged around 25 and the girl about 22, police said.
