"If the selectors don't pick me in the ODI squad it will never become stable. If they don't select me it will injustice with me," Younis told Geo Super channel few days back.
But apparently his words had no effect on the selectors who again sidelined him while announcing the ODI squad for the three matches in Zimbabwe in early October.
Younis in his interview had insisted he was still capable of doing well in one-day internationals and his recent performances in other formats should be enough to win him a recall.
Younis, 37, who made his 100th Test appearance in the last series in Sri Lanka this year said he had always got a raw deal in ODIs including the World Cup.

The senior batsman was even tipped to be named stand-in captain for the Zimbabwe tour after the selectors contemplated resting regular captain Azhar Ali who will be performing Haj this month.
But Azhar made it clear he wanted to play the ODIs and was retained as captain for the Zimbabwe series on Wednesday.
The senior player had made some cutting remarks about Waqar two months back when he said the coach and captain were not fair to him in the team and if he had not scored runs in the test series last year against Australia and New Zealand they would have dropped him without taking into consideration his past performances.
But Younis said he didn't have any grievances with Waqar and was not aware of any that the former fast bowler might have with him.
Younis scored three half centuries while leading Abbotabad in the just concluded national T20 championship in Rawalpindi and said he had played aggressively since he wanted to represent Pakistan in 50-overs cricket once more.
