Youth and minor shot dead over land dispute

Two persons, including a minor, were allegedly shot dead today during a clash over a land dispute in Jareefnagar area here, a senior officer said.
Teejveer Singh Yadav and Munna Yadav from Bastaur village were having dispute with neighbours Lokesh, Kailash and others over a piece of land in the village for more than one year, Senior Superintendent of Police Santosh Kumar Singh said.
The two groups clashed with each other this morning and during which they opened fire, killing Suvnesh, 28, and Ajvendra, 15, on the spot, he added.
The victims killed in the incident belonged to the rival parties. Their bodies have been sent for post-mortem.

A case has been lodged against 11 accused from both the sides in this connection, he added.
